A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.
- LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIRS
TO FIRE STATION 1 & 2, PROJECT NO. 5-5188, AS BEING
COMPLETE
~„ ( WHEREAS, on November 17,.-1998, the City Council awarded a contract of .
11I'~: $82;000 to Certified:~Roofing Applicators, Inc. for the Emergency Roofing Repairs; and
i I. ,
WHEREAS, the project started on November 18, 1998, and was completed on
March 31,1999; and ~ . •
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $77,350.00; and
. 1
- ,WHEREAS, staff inspected the project,`and found that all work has been
. completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
` NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
"proclaim., order and,resolve as follows: - •
• Section 1. That the City Council .accepts the Emergency Roof Repairs to Fire
Station 1 & 2, Project No. 5-5188, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon.its adoption.
