A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE TREE PLANTING PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. 5-5210, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1999, the City Council awarded a contract of
$159.,300 to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for the Tree Planting Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on February 22,' 1999, and-was completed
on April 12, 1999; and
WHEREAS, fhe total project construction cost is $152,220; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Tree Planting Project,
Project No. 5-5210, as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
` Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
