A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE..
CITY OF LYNWOOD CHANGING THE PLANNING .
COMMISSION MEETING TIME FROM 7.:30 P.M.
TO 6:30 P.M.

~; - 1NHEREAS, the Planning Commission .meets regularly on the secorid Tuesday of
each month :at 7:30 p.m.; and .
WHEREAS, the, meetings generally run until about 10:00 p.m. in the evening; .
and .
- WHEREAS, the pupose of the Planning Commission Meeting is to receive public
. input concerning planning and zoning. issues; and
WHEREAS; the lateness of some of the meetings tends to deminish the
effectiveness of the Planning Commission receiving the necessary public` input; and
WHEREAS, starting the meeting one hour. earlier will allow the Planning
Commission Agenda to be completed: in a timely fashion.
NOW THEREFORE, BE~ IT RESOLVED by the City_ Council of the City of
Lynwood .that:
,_.._ Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby changes the
~~ Planning Commission Meeting time from 7:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

section 2. The .resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.,
