A.RESOLUTION OF THE-CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF '
. LYNWOOD APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 25296„AND
- ACCEPTING THE REQUIRED EASEMENT OFFERED FOR
DEpICATIO.N FOR.PUBLIC PURPOSES'AS SHOWN.ON
SAID PARCEL.. MAP .
WHEREAS, the final Parcel Map No. 25296 has been reviewed by the
City Engineer and found to have been prepared in conformance with fhe Subdivision:
Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance; and'
WHEREAS, the:developer has complied with, or will bond for, all the
Engineering Division improvement requirements, prior to recordation; and
`WHEREAS,-the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that.fhe required easement offered for dedication, as shown,. on the map, is
necessary of the convenience, welfare, _and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City will'
be served by the acceptance of said easement.
NbW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
. Section 1. That the City Council approves the -final Parcel Map
No. 25296. -
.Section 2. That the City .Council accepts the~easement offered for
. dedication for future street purposes as shown on said map.
Section 3. This resolution. shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
