RESOLUTION NO. 04 -4239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY PROVIDING A SALARY ADJUSTMENT TO THE
CITY MANAGER UPON HIS THIRD ANNIVERSARY WITH THE
CITY
WHEREAS, Martin R. Cole has served the City of Temple City as City Manager since
December 4, 2000; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Cole has recently celebrated his three year anniversary as City Manager
on December 4, 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested the Council consider a salary adjustment
based upon the interim evaluation provided in August, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby granted a salary adjustment equivalent to one
step (4 %); and,
SECTION 2. This salary adjustment shall be effective on December 4, 2003.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 20th day of January 20, 2004.
