WHEREAS Walter Kohnen is the owner of Lot 2, Block 1, Independence
Heights, Plat 60283, Parcel 3000; and
WHEREAS Viggil Morin is the owner of Lot 3, Block 1, Independence
Heights, Plat 60283, Parcel 4500; and
WHEREAS both properties have been assessed for installation of
sanitary sewer service; and
WHEREAS the annual payments on such assessments will not begin
until May, 1976; and
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of both the City and the
individuals to permit the above -named property owners to pay assess-
ments in full at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Medina hereby approves the acceptance of payments of assessments
in full without interest from the above -named property owners
through December 10, 1975, subject to approval of the City Attorney.
Approved by the Medina City Council this 2nd Day of December, 1975.
