PRESENT: Mayor. Karen Hansen. Betty McKinlay. Deb Sorenson. Dave
ffuntsman, Dee Johnson. Craig Rockwood. Ron Nelson,
VISITORS: Ross Johnson. Cory Peterson.
A Public Bearing was held for Cory Peterson. Dave explained to
the council that Cory is applying for a variance for an
addition on the back of his home. He would be 15' from the
property line. Property owners were notified, publication was
made. and application is on file. Cory mentioned he has to come
back 17' instead of 15'. IL would be 11' from property tine.
10' is required. The meeting was closed at 7:15 p.m.

As adjacent property owners, pursuant to Iona zoning regulations you
are hereby notified of a public hearing for a variance request by Cory
and Traci Peterson.
Notice of Public Hearing: A public hearing will be held in Iona at
the Iona City Office, 3548 No. Main, Iona Id. on February 22
1996, at 7:00 P.M. for a variance request by Cory Peterson for
property located at 3873 Dayton Ave. to remodel their home so as
to encroach inside the rear yard setback requirement.
