BE IT RESOLVED that, in accordancd with Resolution No. 72-6, the
Medina, City Council determines that as of this date the entire
City qualifies under Section 545:10 (c) of the City Code as an
area of fewer than 100 dwelling; units per square mile, thus
permitting the continuance of burning of refuse from dwellin
units throughout the City.
