HomeMy Public PortalAbout1976-003Village of Medina Hamel, Minnesota 55340 Resolution No. 76,-' 3 Whereas WillLam and Cheryl Nikko have applied to the City of Medina fox a, setback variance for their house on Lot 5, Block 5, Medina Morningside_ First Addition, due_ to the fact that they are in violation of Medina's Zoning Code setback require- ments on residential property, and Whereasseveral misty kPs were made in the site development and approval process, and Whereas the house is now built and occupied, and Whereas the lending institutions will not close on the mortgage without a statement from the City of Medina relative to its acceptance of the house as built; Now, therefore, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Medinadoes hereby declare that the house of William and Cheryl Nikko, built on Lot 5, Block 5, Medina Morningside First Addition: will be accepted as built.
