COMBINING CERTAIN DEBT REPAYMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS Resolution 75-41 allowed for combination of debt repayment
funds and
WHEREAS Joe Crow, City Auditor, has determined that the division of
bond funds allowed in Resolution 75-41 is incorrect, now
THEREFORE BE IT resolved that the City
funds as set forth in Resolution 75-41
follows: Hamel Improvement Bond Fund,
Beach Improvement Bond Fund. 92.6 f of
Council of Medina hereby combines
with division of bond funds as
7.4 % of total; Independence
total,
