RESOLUTION NO. 44-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, APPROVING, PURSUANT TO
SECTION 50-901A, IDAHO CODE, A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 624 FOR
PUBLICATION
WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho (the
"City") , on December 29, 1992, adopted Ordinance No. 624 confirming
the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized, by Section 50-901A, Idaho
Code, to publish, in lieu of the entire ordinance, a summary
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCCALL, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That the summary of Ordinance No. 624, adopted by
the McCall City Council on December 29, 1992, a copy of which
summary is annexed hereto as Exhibit "A, " be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
Section 2 : This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 624
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, APPROVING AND CONFIRMING
THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1; LEVYING
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL;
PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS; AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONFIRMATION OF LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1
A summary of the principal provisions of Ordinance No. 624 of
the City of McCall, Idaho, adopted on December 29, 1992, is as
follows:
Section 1: Finds and determines that each lot, tract, parcel,
and other property included within Local Improvement District No. 1
("L.I.D. No. 1") will be specially benefited by the improvements
within L.I.D. No. 1.
Section 2: Confirms the Assessment Roll for L.I.D. No. 1.
Section 3: Finds that each property assessed within L.I.D.
No. 1 is benefited to the amount of the assessment thereon.
Section 4: Provides for filing of the certified Assessment
Roll with the County Recorder, provides that the assessments shall
be a lien on the property assessed, and provides for mailed notice
of assessments.
Section 5: Provides for payment of assessments either within
thirty days or in installments over ten years.
Section 6: Provides for establishment of an Installment
Docket for L.I.D. No. 1.
Section 7: Provides appeal procedure.
Section 8: Ratifies prior proceedings.
Section 9: Provides for severability.

Section 10: Provides for effective date.
The full text of Ordinance No. 624 is available at the office
of the City Clerk, at City Hall, and will be provided to any
citizen upon personal request during normal office hours.
