...225&5 ET SEQ., AS ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
APRIL 6, 1999, RELATING TO THE LYNWOOD LIGHTING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS,. the City Council on April 6, .1999, adopted
Resolution No. 98-40, instructing ,the City. Engineer to'make and
~. file with the City .Clerk, a report. in.•wrting in accordance with
..the requirements of Streets anal-Highways Code, Section 22565 et. •
seq.; and --
• WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made and filed said-
report.-with the City Clerk and the City Clerk has' presented said
report to this City Council for consideration. '
' NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve,
order, and determine as follows:
S`ectiori 1. The City-Council has considered acid passed
on said report: Said report, as filed, is hereby approved. Said
- report, including any plans, specifications, estimates of costs -
and expenses,. .diagram and `assessments are incorporated herein by
. reference and shall be placed: on file in the office of the City
