. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ~ OF LYNWOOD
:APPROVING THE TRANSFER- OF..FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND .
UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE IN THE .AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE -
($25,000) THOUSAND DOLLARS.. ,
WHEREAS, the City has experienced an increase. in .project activity which
~.. has resulted in additional plan check and inspection services;. and. .~
,WHEREAS, the City is engaged in carrying .out numerous redevelopment
project(s) throughout the City; and -
WHEREAS, the `City has engaged in consultant services with Melad and
.Associates to assist with .plan check and inspections; and' ~ ~,
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the general fund unappropriated
fund. ..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. The~City Council transfers from the general fund unappropriated
fund balance to account no. 01-4662-4220.
