HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 34-92 Infraction penalties RESOLUTION NO. 34 -92 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO INFRACTION PENALTIES . WHEREAS 1 . Title 5 of the McCall City Code authorizes the Mayor and Council to set the fixed penalties for infractions by resolution; and 2 . The State of Idaho court system has published a fixed penalty for "other infractions" in the amount of $15 .50 plus costs for a total of $38 . 00; and 3 . Such a penalty is not necessarily appropriate for all City infractions, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that : Section 1 . The penalty schedule attached to this resolution is adopted by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall as the penalties applicable to the listed infractions, all other infractions under the McCall City Code to be governed by the State "other infractions" standard. Section 2 . This schedule shall be effective upon approval of this Resolution and publication of Ordinance No. 613 .
