The Town Council of the City known as the Town of Watertown hereby gives notice of a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 7:15 PM in the Richard E.
Mastrangelo Council Chamber, Administration Building on the following order:
Ordered: that the sum of $370,000 is appropriated for the construction,
reconstruction, and improvement of municipal outdoor recreational and athletic
facilities at Casey Park, including the payment of all costs incidental or related
thereto; which sum shall be in addition to the amount of $259,200, which has
previously been appropriated for park improvements and included in the tax levy;
and that to raise this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the Town
Manager, is authorized to borrow $370,000 under Chapter 44 of the General
Laws or any other enabling authority.
A copy of said Order is available in the Council Office for inspection, Monday through
Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
