A RESOLUTION ~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING APPROPRIATION OF THE 1992,1993,1994,1995, AND 1996
HOME PROGRAM FUNDS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood has been an annual recipient of the DOME
~ Investment Partnerships Program since 1992; and,
( ~ WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood is entitled to attribute ten ercent 10% of
p ~ )
'~" each years total HOME Program fund allocation for Administration cost for salaries and
benefits, per Section 24 Part 92 of the HOME Investment Partnership regulatory
guidelines; and,
WHEREAS, budget line item appropriations are needed in order to charge the
necessary administrative cost associated with the overall day to day management of the
HOME~Program activities; and,
WHEREAS, In order to proceed, funds from the Unappropriated HOME Investment
Partnership Funds need to be appropriated to carry out the requested activity.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves appropriations to
HOME Program Administration Budget Line Items.
Section 2. That the Interim City Manager or his designee is authorized to prepare and
execute any such document related to this activity and make the following fund transfer
and appropriation:

- Section 3. That this resolution shalll take effect immediately upon its adoption.
