A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LYNWOOD SEWER SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2-4445-01, AS
BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on October 6 ; 1998, the City Council awarded a contract of
~.. $95,410.00 to Empire Pipe Cleaning & Equipment, Inc. for the Maintenace of-the Lynwood
Sewer System Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on November 9, 1999, and was completed on May
3, 1999; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Lynwood Sewer System
Maintenance Project, Project No. 2-2445-01, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
