A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,
IDAHO, RELATING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEWER AND WATER
RATES SET BY PRIOR RESOLUTIONS 2-92 AND 3-92 .
WHEREAS the communication of information necessary to
understand fully the basis for the setting of water and
sewer rates is ongoing,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
McCall
Section 1 . That Resolutions 2-92 and 3-92 shall be in full
force and effect on and after April 1, 1992, and that
Section 3 of each such resolution is amended accordingly.
Passed and approved March 26, 1992 .
