A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MC CALL, IDAHO FINDING
THAT CERTAIN RECORDS OF THE CITY HAVE BEEN
RETAINED FOR THE PERIOD REQUIRED BY LAW; THAT THE
RECORDS ARE NO LONGER NEEDED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DESTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Idaho has created and
maintained certain records in the public interest.
WHEREAS, the records listed in Exhibit 'A' which
is annexed hereto and made a part of this resolution as if
included herein in its entirety, have been retained for the
period prescribed in Section 50-907, Idaho Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MC CALL, IDAHO, as follows :
Section 1 : That the records listed on the
annexed Exhibit 'A' are no longer required for public
purposes .
Section 2 : The City Clerk be, and he is hereby
authorized and ordered to destroy the records identified in
Exhibit 'A' in a manner and fashion appropriate to the
specific documents .
