RESOLUTION NO. /=i1-9/
WHEREAS, James Henderson is the City Treasurer, an officer
of the City of McCall, Idahoand has served in that
capacity since November 1988, and
WHEREAS, his performance has been outstanding by every
measure, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 585Ahas been adopted which amends Title
I of the city code, which directs that the salary of city
officers be set by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in their discussions of the
budget discussed and set aside funds for the a merit
adjustment for the Treasurer and acknowledged the effort
expended for converting the city' s. computor system, the
water rate study , and many other projects .
THEREFORE, to compensate for that individual effort, the
City Council sets the compensation for Mr. Henderson at a
$22 ,000 per annum commencing October 1, 1990 .
