HomeMy Public PortalAbout1976-014RESOLUTION 76-14 WHEREAS the Medina City Council has undertaken detailed study of Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Home Ordinances and IN ORDER TO provide the Ci'y with a Comprehensive standard for establishing and regulating this rapidly growing form of housing, and Whereas the City Council has received recommendations of the Planning Comm- ission, Zoning Administrator, City Engineer and City Attorney and other sources, and WHEREAS the study of Mobile Home information has included, but is not limited to the following: 1. NOW, THEREFORE. let it be resolved that the Council of the City of Medina, does hereby adopt Ordinance No. 160. Passed by the Council of the City of Medina this 2nd day of March, 1976. Clerk
