RESOLUTION 2002-9
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION IN
THE 2002 CITY OF GREENCASTLE ENGINEERING BUDGET
AND CREATING APPROPRIATION
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the creation of
appropriation 101004362- Vehicle Maintenance and further authorizes the transfer of
appropriation in the following department in the 2002 budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department - Engineering Department
$500.00 From 101004319 Contractual Services to 101004362 Vehicle Maintenance
1. The transfer is needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2002.
2. The transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in
the budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a copy of
this resolution at said office.
Passed and Resolved by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, this 12th day of
