RESOLUTION 2002-10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate funds for the annual
budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on March 29, 2002 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on April 9, 2002, at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:

Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $125,000.00
(Engineer Services - Albin Pond pathway)
Total EDIT funds $125,000.00
Fund Name: City Hall Building Fund (CAGIT)
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $100,000.00

PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
