RESOLUTION 2002-27
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate funds from the sale
of General Obligation Bonds and City Hall Non-Reverting Funds; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on May 1, 2002 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
May 14, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of General Obligation Bond Proceeds and City Hall Non-Reverting Funds for
the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
Fund Name: City Hall Non-Reverting Funds
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $ 680.00
(Equip. Repair $440.00; Annual Alarm Svc. $240.00)
Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Outlay L2 z.-1) $20,000.00
Total City Hall Non-Reverting $20,680.00
Fund Name: General Obligation Bonds
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $72,000.00
(Phase II Police Station Renovation)
Total General Obligation Bonds $72,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
Regular Meeting this 14th day of May, 2002.
