A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION IN THE
2002 CITY OF GREENCASTLE BUDGET
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes the transfer
of appropriation in the following departments in the 2002 budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department -Engineering
$ 200.00 From 101004312 Design & Drafting to 10100WOffice Vehicle Maintenance
Department -Fire
$15,000.00 From 101007111 Fire Dept. Salaries to 101007116 Overtime
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2002.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined.
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a copy of
this Resolution at said office.
