A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate funds for the annual
budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to notice published on June 12, 2002 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
June 27, 2002 at 6:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
Fund Name: City Hall Non-Reverting (CAGIT)
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services & Charges $14,000.00
(consultant for Hardware/Software billing& accounting systems)
Total City Hall Non-Reverting $14,000.00
Fund Name: EDIT
Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Outlay $ 4,425.00
(Additional for South Jackson Street Project)
Total EDIT Funds $ 4,425.00

(ICE student @ $5.15 hr x 484 hours - Fire)
