WHEREAS, the City and the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority
(ACTH) have executed a MOU relative to the Alameda Corridor Project; and
WHEREAS, said MOU requires the City to review and approve plans and
specifications in a timely manner; and
" WHEREAS,. ,t~,.e cost incurred by the City. shall be fully reimbursed by
ACTA; and
WHEREAS, said plan checking task requires the use of outside consulting
services; and
WHEREAS, RSA Technical Support Services, Inc. can competently
provide said services in a timely manner for a fee of $62,000; and
WHEREAS, the City's administrative services related to said plan
checking task will cost approximately $22,000;
WHEREAS, staff has identified available funds that can be advanced for
said costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1. That the Director of Public works is authorized to execute a
purchase order agreement with ,RSA.Technical Support Services, Inc. for $62,000.
Section 2. That the City Manager or -his designee is authorized to make
the following funds appropriation .and transfer:

AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE
TO MAKE THE NECESSARY FUNDS APPROPRIATION AND
TRANSFER
