A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
for the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on July 31, 2002 in the Banner
Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle on
August 13, 2002, at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
Fund Name: City Hall Non-Reverting Fund (CAGIT)
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $13,750.00
(Completion of Phase II for Police Station)
Total CAGIT Funds: $13,750.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
Regular Meeting this 13th day of August, 2002.
