RESOLUTION 2002-34
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds
for the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on August 15, 2002 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Special Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on August 29, 2002, at 5:30 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:
Fund Name: General
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $1,400.00
(Phase I Environmental for Old City Hall)
Total General Funds: $1,400.00
Fund Name: EDIT
Major Budget Class: 300 Other Services and Charges $2,730.00
(Franklin Street Change order)
Total EDIT $2,730.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
Special Meeting this 29th day of August, 2002.
