A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 2002 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
appropriation in the following departments in the 2002 Budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department- Engineering
$ 200.00 From Contractual Services 101004319 to Vehicle Maintenance 101004362
Department- Park & Recreation
$2,000.00 From Chemical Supplies 204001225 to Repair Parts 204001235
$ 150.00 From Equipment Rentals 204001370 to Instructors 204001314
$ 250.00 From Equipment Rentals 204001370 to Advertising 204001331
$ 600.00 From Equipment Rentals 204001310 to Park House 204001366
$2,000.00 From Aquatics Manager 204001113 to Overtime 204001118 222.
$ 700.00 From Uniform Supplies 204001224 to Tires & Tubes 204001
$2,000.00 From First Aid Supplies 204001293 to Repair Parts 204001235
1. The transfers are needed to provide appropriations for necessary expenditures in the year
2002.
2. The transfers do not require the expenditure of more money than the amount set out in the
budget as finally determined
The Clerk-Treasurer shall certify these transfers to the Putnam County Auditor by filing a
n copy of this resolution at said office.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana
this 8th day of October, 2002.
