A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, It has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published on November 1, 2002, in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on November 12, 2002, at 7:00 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money is hereby
appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified, subject to the laws
governing the same:

Major Budget Class: 300 Services and Charges $ 200.00

Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Outlay $6,200.00
(Phoenix AFC Fuel Control System 101006443)
Total General Fund $6,400.00
Fund Name: Fire Service Charge Account
Major Budget Class: 500 Misc Disb $2,500.00
Total Fire Service Charge Account $2,500.00
PASSED and RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at it
Regular Meeting this 12th day of November, 2002.
