A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SMOKE-FREE CITY HALL
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle to provide a
smoke-free environment free of the odor and health hazards associated with second hand smoke
within its City Hall.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT no smoking of any tobacco products shall
be allowed within the Greencastle City Hall building located at 1 North Locust Street,
Greencastle, Indiana.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting thiso 27 ' day of i 2003.
