Councilmen present-Hippen Loots, Huisman, Lindamanand Eckhoff.
Minutes of the last meeting were Mead. Motion to approve the minutes
as read by Eckhoff, seconded by Hippen. Motion carried.
Motion to file Treasurer's report by Loots, seconded by Huisman. Carried.
Iviotion was made that the -Mayor and Clerk be instructed to sign the
papers pertaining to the change of property with the Wellsburg
Reformed Church, -Motion by Eckhoff, seconded by Loots. Motion carried.
The Council approued the reSQlution adoptii , tbe._new_ street lighting;
program.
Motion to allow bills by Lindaman, seconded by Loots. Motion carried.

The Council discussed the buying of another truck from Henry
Hippen, that was traded in from the County.
