¶Resolution Recognizing the Accomplishments of the
Wal-Mart all-Mart Stores, Inca Distribution Center of Greencastle
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Wal-Mart Distribution Center staff generously supports Riley Hospital for
Children in Indianapolis through the Children's Miracle Network;and
WHEREAS, last year the associates at Distribution Center 6022 in Greencastle raised $23,000 for the
Children's Miracle Network and Riley Hospital,and this year the associates have set a goal
to raise $30,000 with additional assistance and donations through local businesses and
organizations; and
WHEREAS, employees and associates of Wal-Mart Distribution Center 6022 of Greencastle continue to
provide leadership,energy and inspiration to Greencastle and the surrounding area,improving
the lives of all citizens.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,Putnam
County, Indiana, declares its gratitude for the associates of Wal-Mart Distribution Center 6022 who have
demonstrated that the people of the Greencastle community are its greatest resource.
