.~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF,THE CITY OF-LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN AND ;
` • MANAGEMENT SALARY~SCHEDULE FOR THE POSITION OF
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION • •_
.. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee •
.Classification and Position Plan and on occasion amends the plan as needed; and
' ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cityof Lynwood has adopted a salary
- resolution with salary schedules for Management Employees; and ,.
WHEREAS, the City has identified a need .for the position description of Director
of Finance and Administration in line with the current organization structure; and
WHEREAS, a classification statement has been prepared and reviewed by the
• Personnel Board.

NOW,. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
• ;,~ ~ determine, order and resolve as follows:

,~ ~I i Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan and Management
- Salary Schedule to reflect the following:

Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
