RESOLUTION NO. 2003—
A RESOLUTION FOR THE PROVISION OF
INSURANCE BENEFITS
WHEREAS,the Common Council of the City of Greencastle wishes to provide its members
the ability to obtain insurance benefits through the City of Greencastle's insurance plan currently in
effect for its employees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle
that:
1) all members of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle and their families
may be covered by the insurance coverage which the City currently provides for its
employees.
2) any City Council member wishing to be covered by the insurance shall be
responsible for all costs for said insurance, including both the city and employee
contribution.
PASSEA AND RESO ED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its regular
meeting this WI day of 03.
