PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC EMPLOYEES POLICE AND FIRE FUND
WHEREAS the Public Employees Retirement Association requires the adoption of a
resolution, by a municipality, for participation in the Police and Fire Fund, and
WHEREAS Randall Mayer has been declared a part time police officer by the City of
Medina, now
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina requests that Randall Mayer be allowed to
contribute to the Public Employees Police and Fire Fund and is entitled to any and
all benefits as set forth in Association laws.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Medina this 6 day of July, 1976.
