RESOLUTION 2003-49
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING REPAYMENT OF TEMPORARY LOANS FOR
THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, PUTNAM COUNTY, INDIANA
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Common Council passed the following Resolutions
for Temporary Loans:
Resolution 2003-9, A Resolution Authorizing Temporary Loan of Park Non-
Reverting Capital Funds (Funding for Maple/Berry Park Property Acquisition);
Resolution 2003-13, A Resolution Authorizing Temporary Loan of Forest Hill
Cemetery Ground Improvement(Funding for Dixie Chopper Mower);
Resolution 2003-15, A Resolution Authorizing Temporary Loan for City of
Greencastle General Fund; and
Resolution 2003-44, A Resolution Authorizing Temporary Loan for City of
Greencastle General Fund; and
WHEREAS, these Resolutions specify repayment of the temporary loans by
December 31, 2003; and
WHEREAS, The Greencastle Common Council declares an emergency due to
property tax distribution in Putnam County being delayed until January 2004.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Greencastle Common Council
extends repayment of the above temporary loans until June 30, 2004.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle
r"%, at its Regular Meeting this 12th day of November, 2003.
