A RESOLUTLON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

. LYNINOOD APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 25371,. AND ,
ACCEPTING THE REQUIRED EASEMENT OFFERED .FOR .
DEDICATfON FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON
,~ SAID PARCEL MAP

~. ~ WHEREAS,. the final Parcel Map No. 25371 has been reviewed by-the ~~
> City Engineer and'found to`have been prepared iri conformance with the Subdivision
Map Act acid the City's Subdivision~Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the developerhas completed alk Engineering Division
improvement requirements; and ,

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has .
. determined that the required easement offered for dedication, as shown on the map, is
- necessary of the convenience, .welfare, and safety of the .public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City will . ~ ~ .
.be served by the acceptance of said easement. "

Lyriwood as follows; -
Section 1. That the City Council approves the final Parcel Map -

dedication for.future street purposes as shown on said map. "
Section 3. This resolution shalt take effect immediately upon its adoption. "
