A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2003-42
A RESOLUTION SELLING SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE TOWN OF RUSSELLVILLE
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2003-42 contained information regarding the year and Vehicle
Identification Number of the Crown Victoria which was to be transferred to the Town of Russellville;and
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Police Department wished to replace that vehicle with a different
vehicle.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE hereby amends
Resolution No.2003-42 by replacing the incorrect information with the following:
1998 Ford Crown Victoria
V1N#2FAFP71 WXWX166012
NOW THEREFORE be it further ordained that all other terms contained in Resolution No. 2003-
42 shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Contmon Council of the City of Greencastle at its regular
