Resolution 2004—3
A Resolution Re-appropriating Cumulative Fire Special Funds
WHEREAS, $18,000 has been appropriated under the Cumulative Fire Special Account
#426-5-00-438.0103 for the purpose of purchasing Mobile Data for Greencastle Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Mobile Data equipment cannot be purchased
in the budget year of 2004; and
WHEREAS,the Greencastle Fire Department is in need of a Hazmat Trailer and believes
this would be a better use of funds at this time; and
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Fire Department request that the Common Council of City
of Greencastle re-appropriate $15,000 from account#426-5-00-438.0103 within the
Cumulative Fire Special fund to purchase a hazmat trailer;
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolve that the Common Council of City of Greencastle
hereby re-appropriate $15,000 from the Cumulative Fire Special fund for the purchase of
• a hazmat trailer.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this /v day of February 2004.
