A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional funds for
the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to notice published on March 19, 2004 in the
Banner Graphic was held at a Special Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on March 30, 2004 at 6:00pm;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sum of money is
hereby appropriated out of surplus unappropriated funds for the purposes specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:
Fund Name: Econonmic Development Income Tax (EDIT)
Major Budget Class: 400 Capital Outlay $115,000.00
(Maple Berry Park Design & Construction)
Total EDIT Funds $115,000.00

at its Special Meeting this 30th day of March, 2004
