A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION
IN THE 2004 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana,
hereby authorizes transfer of appropriation in the following departments in the
2004 Budget for the City of Greencastle:
Department—Attorney
$16,826.64 From 101-5-03-431.0100 Legal Fees Retainer to the following
$ 2,831.00 101-5-03-404.0100 FICA/MED
$ 2,000.00 101-5-03-404.0300 Retirement (PERF)
$ 91.00 101-5-03-404.0400 Unemployment Tax
$ 1,800.00 101-5-03-432.0400 Telephones/Cell Phone
$ 2,000.00 101-5-03-431.0503 Copier Maintenance
$ 8,104.64 101-5-03-415.0000 Other Personnel Services
$15,100.00 From 101-5-03-431.0110 Legal Fees Litigation to the following
$ 15,100.00 101-5-03-401-0110 Salaries
