RESOLUTION 2004-10
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR
COLUMBIA STREET PARKING LOT DRAINAGE AND CONSTRUCTION,
WALNUT AND INDIANA STREET PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION AND
FRANKLIN STREET PHASE III DESIGN
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to appropriate additional
funds for the annual budget; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, pursuant to notice published May 21, 2004 in the
Banner Graphic, was held at the Regular Session of the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle on June 8, 2004, at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are
hereby appropriated out of from the EDIT (Economic Development Income Tax) Fund
Plan for the purposes specified, subject to the laws governing the same:
Fund Name: Economic Development Income Tax (EDIT) Amount
Major Budget Classification: 400 Capital Projects $ 425,000.00
Columbia Street Parking Lot Drainage and Construction $ 300,000.00
Walnut and Indiana Street Parking Lot Construction $ 75,000.00
Franklin Street Phase III Design $ 50,000.00
TOTAL for EDIT Fund: $ 425,000.00
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
Regular meeting on this 8th day of June, 2004.
