RESOLUTION NO. 04 -4269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMIT
FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3326 of the Temple City Municipal Code, the following fee is
established by the City Council — a 2005 temporary overnight parking permit fee of one dollar ($1.00) which
shall be non - refundable.
SECTION 2. The fee may be amended pursuant to the provisions of Section 3323 of the Temple
City Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED on this 1st of June, 2004.

04 -4269, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 1st
day of June, 2004 by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember - Arrighi
ABSTAIN: Councilmember -None
