NNED RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 3 2
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2003-41 ESTABLISHING A
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR COUNTY ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle has available to it funds collected from the County
Economic Development Income Tax;
WHEREAS, I.C. 6-3.5-7-15 requires the adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan, and the
City passed such a plan in Resolution 2003-41;
WHEREAS, the original plan contemplated paying monies for one year to the A-Way
Home Shelter, Big Walnut Sports Park and Main Street Greencastle and the City wishes to extend
payments for an additional year;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GREENCASTLE hereby amends the following sections of Resolution 2003-41:
1. A. g. Main Street Funding $40,000
j. Big Walnut Sports Park Operating Expenses $40,000
k. A-Way Home Shelter $20,000
B. Estimated Cost-Total Project Estimate $1,280,000.00
$ 525,000.00
+ $ 50,000.00
$1,330,000.00
D. g. Main Street Greencastle funding
2004 ($20,000), 2005 ($20,000)
j. Big Walnut Sports Park Operating Expenses
2004 ($20,000) 2005 ($20,000)
k. A-Way Home Shelter
2004 ($10,000) 2005 ($10,000)
All other terms and conditions set out in Resolution 2003-41 shall remain in full force and effect.
