CITY OF GREENCASTLE,INDIANA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUNDING OF THE
GREENCASTLE/PUTNAM COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CENTER
FROM INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, Inc., has requested a
matching fund grant of Thirty-four Thousand,Five-hundred Dollars($34,500.00)for the year 2004
from the interest earned on the Industrial Development Fund: and
WHEREAS,the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center, Inc., continues to play
a key role in assisting, retaining and attracting new business and industry to the community; and
WHEREAS,the Development Center shall raise an equivalent sum from other sources;and
WHEREAS,the Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial Development approves and
recommends to the City of Greencastle Common Council through its Resolution No. 2004-2 an
expenditure of monies of Thirty-four Thousand, Five-hundred Dollars ($34,500.00) of industrial
development funds in support of the Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE GREENCASTLE COMMON
COUNCIL approves the expenditure of$34,500.00 in industrial development fund monies.
