A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PAYROLL BANK ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the State Board of Accounts requires that municipalities pass a Resolution
before opening new banks accounts; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle wishes to open a new account at National City Bank
for payroll purposes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
Common Council authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to open a new bank account at National City
Bank for the purpose of making payments for payroll.
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its
regular meeting this 12_ day of ek -Irc , 2004.
