A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING REIMBURSEMENT TO THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
AND IT'S AGENCIES FOR EMERGENCY DISASTER RELIEF FROM THE INDIANA STATE
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,330.84.
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, hereby
authorizes the appropriation of the following reimbursement:
Fire Department
Salaries— Overtime— 101-5-07-401.0160 $ 1,752.18
Street Department
Tree & Stump Removal — 201-5-00-431.0506 $13,145.36
Park Department
Salaries—Overtime—204-5-00-401.0160 $ 433.30
Total $15,330.84
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at its Regular
meeting on this 14th day of December, 2004.
