Oil A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENCUMBRANCES IN THE 2004
CITY OF GREENCASTLE BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Greencastle Common Council authorizes the following encumbrances in
the City of Greencastle 2004 budget providing sufficient funds are available to encumber as of
December 31, 2004:
Department: Fire
$ 2,500.00 Storage Building—Garage Door Openers/Wiring—426-5-00-443.0500
Department: Board of Works
At6$ 20,500.00 Electric—Cinergy for Outdoor Lighting Ridgeland Road— 101-5-06-435.0100
Department: Park& Recreation
$12,000.00 Resurface Street—Joe Spiker Excavating - 204-5-00-423.0124
PASSED AND RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle at the
Special Meeting this 27th day of December, 2004.
